Designed Paws Fashion's go-to-market playbook — positioning, funnel architecture, and channel orchestration that scaled predictably.

The Problem

Paws and Fashion launched as a new direct-to-consumer dog apparel brand out of Chicago with global ambitions but no audience footprint. The challenge was twofold: build a recognizable lifestyle presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and tell a story that went beyond product — connecting stylish dog fashion to a real charitable mission.

The Solution

Paws and Fashion is a dog apparel website based in Chicago that ships worldwide and specializes in stylish, unique dog clothing. Beyond fashion, the brand is committed to helping dogs in need — actively creating and selling its own line of NFTs to raise funds for the Forgotten Dogs Foundation, a charity dedicated to rescuing dogs that lack shelter, food, or proper care. The social strategy paired playful product storytelling with rescue-mission content across IG, TikTok, and Facebook, while the Shopify storefront was managed in lockstep to keep messaging, drops, and donations aligned.
